Before telling you a little bit of this amazing river cruise, I'd like to preface this about our recent trip on AMAWaterways on the Douro River in May of 2023.  Everyone in our group enjoyed the time spent onboard, the culinary expertise of the chefs, the excursions, the professional staff, etc..., so much so that we all agreed to travel once again on AMAWaterways through the rivers of France.  This attached video is just an example of our wonderful experience with AMA.

Come join us on our next AMAWaterways Seine River Cruise

Welcome to our optional back to back river cruise with AMAWaterways.  We will start our river cruise on a 2 day visit to one of the most beautiful and exciting cities in the world. While in Paris we will stay at the Maison Astor Hotel with city tours and a variety of excursions.  After our 2 night stay we will board the AMALyra on the Seine in Paris and travel west to Normandy with stops in Les Andelys, Le Havre, Rouen, and Vernon before returning to Paris for our transfer to Dijon.

The 2 day initial stay in Paris is optional and includes all transfers, hotel, tours, and meals where indicated.  The cost of this 2 day Paris stay and tour is approximately $900 per person.

After disembarking from our river boat in Paris we will take a private bus to Dijon and enjoy our city tour of Lyon before cruising on the AMACello to Vienne, Tournon, Avignon, and Aries before spending 3 days visiting Nice, Cannes and Monaco

Our optional back to back river cruise will begin with our 2 night stay in Paris on May 19, 2025 and end with the optional post cruise stay in Cannes on June 8, 2025.  The cost of this 3 day Cannes stay and tour is $1,320 per person.

AMA is holding cabins for us on a first come first serve basis.  Should you wish to do only one segment of the back to back that will be possible.  Cabins usually fill up fast for both of these cruises thus requiring you to place your initial deposit for one or both segments.  If you are a previous AMAWaterways guest, you can take an additional $100 per person off the fare. 

We have exceptional pricing for each cruise independent of each other, or together.  Pricing is subject to change without notification by AMAWaterways.
